Detailed Travel Itinerary
Day 1 :Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi, Meeting and assistance on arrival. Transfer to hotel. After breakfast at hotel our local tour guide will take you on city tour of Delhi visiting Raj Ghat - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. After lunch visit Qutub Minar - highest Minaret in India built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199 the founder of muslim empire in Delhi, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch ), Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Overnight Delhi.
Day 2 :Delhi - Bharatpur (270 kms - 5 hrs) Tajmahal visit Enroute
Early morning 0600 Hrs drive to Bharatpur via Agra where you can visit world famous Taj mahal- miracle of architecture a monument of love and Red fort of Agra- medeival citadel with number of red sandstone buildings. Evening arrival at Bharatpur and check into hotel. Overnight at Bharatpur.
Day 3 : Bharatpur Visit to bird sanctuary and Lohagarh fort
Morning cycle rickshaw safari into the Ghana bird sanctuary which is house of many species of indegeous and migratory birds. Later visit Lohagarh (Iron fort) which was built by Jat rulers of Bharatpur. It is very different from the other forts in Rajasthan state, there is no flamboyance associated to fort but it generates an aura of strength and magnificence. The fort is surrounded with moat which was previously filled with water to ward off the enemy attacks. The sandy ramparts were strengthened by sandy battlements, thus the enemy guns proved of no avail.
Some interesting monuments in the fort are Kishori Mahal, Mahal Khas and Kothi Khas. Moti Mahal and towers like Jawahar Burj and Fateh Burj were erected to commemorate the victory over the Mughals and the British army . The Gateway has paintings of huge elephants. Day 4 : Bharatpur to Bundi (382 KM 7 Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Bundi - stronghold of Hada rajputs which is known for magnificent fort, art work and other tourists spots like Taragarh and Jait sagar. Check into heritage hotel at Bundi and overnight stay.
Day 5 : Bundi to Bijaipur (120 KM 2 Hours)
After breakfast half day guided tour of the Bundi town visiting Fort Palace, and art schools of the town. After lunch drive to Bijaipur a feudal village near Chittorgarh. Bijapur is known for beautiful castle which is know converted into heritage hotel. Stay overnight at this hotel in Bijaipur.
Day 6 : Bijaipur to Deogarh (220 Km 4/5 hours) Enroute visit Chittorgarh

Day 7 : Deogarh to Ranakpur (140 Km 3/4 hours)
